Does your gym have a Rower?



As a fan of the Biggest Loser, I have researched some of there main workouts. Ali's routine includes 30 minutes of rowing every other day.

This is a great way to incorporate more cardio while toning. It mixes up the routine and completely kicks your booty!!

My triceps are sore and my legs feel like I got a great work out. To keep you entertained you can play the fish game or race against the computer. It was a great workout.
